Simon Judd

Solicitor & Director

Simon heads up the Property department. He advises on a wide range of company and commercial, employment, and commercial property work. He regularly acts on acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters. Having practiced as a Solicitor in the Tunbridge Wells area for over four decades, he has loyal client base and an invaluable wealth of knowledge and experience.

Joya Dale

Solicitor & Director

Joya heads up the Private Client department. She advises on a range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Court of Protection matters (including Deputyship and Living Will applications) estate planning, the setting up and administration of trusts, probate, and the administration of estates. She also acts as a professional attorney, executor, and trustee.

Christina Oby-Onyia

Solicitor

Christina joined Core Law in January 2024, as a solicitor in the firm’s property department. Christina mainly deals with residential and commercial property matters, however she also has experience in assisting clients with debt and bankruptcy matters. Christina is fluent in both English and Igbo, and is dual qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Mary Jones

Paralegal

Mary is Paralegal in the firm’s Private Client department. She works directly with Joya to assist with the management of her files, and often liaises directly with clients and third parties.

Hollie Wilsher

Paralegal

Having graduated from the University of Liverpool in July 2023, Hollie has started her career in law working in our Private Client department. Hollie works directly with Joya to assist with the management of her files.

Elizabeth Dinmore

Paralegal

Elizabeth is a Paralegal in the firm's Commercial Conveyancing/Commercial department. She currently directly supports Simon Judd. Elizabeth has recently completed her Legal Practice Course and is keen to qualify as a solicitor.

Residential Conveyancing Executive

Vicki specialises in Residential Conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, plot sales, re-mortgages, and sales of part.

Ellie Brigden

Paralegal

Ellie is a Paralegal in the firm’s Residential Property department. She currently directly supports Vicki Parrett and Christina Oby-Onyia. Ellie assists with the management of residential sales and purchases from start to finish and helps to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Frances is usually the first point of contact for clients when they telephone the office.
