We aim to provide a personal, approachable and sympathetic approach to what can be a difficult time for clients. Our services and areas of expertise include:

• Drafting Wills and Codicils
• Preparing and registering Lasting Power of Attorney documents
• Preparing General Power of Attorney documents
• Preparing Deputyship applications
• Preparing Statutory Will applications
• Dealing with the administration of estates. Please note that we offer a ‘Grant only’ service where we obtain the Grant of Representation, and the Personal Representatives deal with the rest of the estate administration.
• Assisting with the management of client’s affairs where we are named as Deputies or Attorneys
• Preparing post-death variation documents
• Dealing with the setting up and administration of trusts

Most clients attend our office for an initial meeting​​​​​​, however, we appreciate that this is not always possible or practical. We are therefore happy to visit clients at their home/nursing home/hospital to take instructions and to provide general advice on what can sometimes be difficult circumstances

We are also able to carry out most work remotely, with the use of email, zoom, etc.
